Two-Way CRM-Email Sync
Deals in ActiveCampaign sync with your CRM, and CRM deals create email contacts
When a deal is created in your CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.), Nora syncs it to ActiveCampaign. When an ActiveCampaign contact becomes a deal, it syncs back to your CRM.
Two-way sync between ActiveCampaign and your CRM eliminates data silos. Marketing and sales both see the same customer information, and actions in one system update the other.
This automation runs hourly. Nora queries both ActiveCampaign and your CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and syncs in both directions:
**CRM → ActiveCampaign:** When a new deal is created in your CRM, Nora checks if that contact exists in ActiveCampaign. If not, she creates it. She then adds a custom field 'CRM Deal ID' and tags the contact with the deal's stage (e.g., 'Proposal Sent').
**ActiveCampaign → CRM:** When a contact in ActiveCampaign is tagged 'Sales Ready' (or score reaches 80), Nora creates a deal in your CRM with the contact's info and a default deal amount.
Nora also syncs updates: if a deal stage changes in your CRM, the contact's tag is updated in ActiveCampaign. If an email sequence in ActiveCampaign completes, Nora logs a note in the CRM deal.
Example: Your sales team closes a deal in Pipedrive. Within 60 seconds, that contact is synced to ActiveCampaign with deal info. Marketing sees the closed deal and stops sending nurture emails. Two weeks later, a new high-scoring contact in ActiveCampaign gets tagged 'Sales Ready.' Nora auto-creates a deal in Pipedrive. Sales team gets notified and starts outreach.
Runs hourly using ActiveCampaign and Pipedrive, run by your Marketing Manager.
