Nora monitors Odoo inventory levels, alerts procurement when stock falls below minimums, and tracks reorder status until items are restocked.
Set minimum stock levels for each product in Odoo (e.g., always keep 50 units of Item X). Nora monitors inventory daily and when any product drops to 80% of minimum, alerts the procurement team via Slack with item name, current stock, minimum, and reorder suggestions. The team marks the item "reordered" in Slack, and Nora tracks delivery dates from the purchase order. If stock hits minimum and item is not reordered, Nora escalates to the manager. This prevents stockouts that lose sales and keeps cash from being tied up in excess inventory. Reorders get raised while there is still stock on the shelf, rather than after a customer finds the gap.
Runs daily at 8:00 am using Odoo and Slack, run by your Operations Manager.
