Nora monitors your Slack DMs, flags messages that need a response, and reminds you via reaction if you haven't replied within a set time (2 hours, 4 hours, etc.).
Nora watches your DMs and messages where someone asked you a question, made a request, or asked for approval. If you haven't reacted or replied within your set threshold (default 2 hours for direct reports, 4 hours for external), Nora adds a ⏰ reminder reaction and optionally sends you a summary DM of pending responses. This keeps critical communication from slipping and improves response times. The automation is smart enough to ignore messages already in threads with responses, chat history, and messages that only needed acknowledgment. Requests that would otherwise scroll out of view come back with the original message attached.
