At the end of each Linear cycle (2 weeks), Nora generates a report: issues completed, issues carried over, team throughput (issues/week), top blockers (by frequency in comments), and cycle points if used. The report forecasts next cycle: 'Team completed 34 issues last cycle—should plan ~33 for next cycle.' This turns cycle planning from a guessing game into data-driven forecasting. The report includes a drill-down: which team completed most, which component had most blockers, etc. Great for product teams, especially those new to cycles.
Runs every 2 weeks on friday using Linear, run by your Project Manager.
