(marked as "legacy" or "deprioritized") If no, it suggests closing with a reason. If still relevant, it notes the issue needs re-estimation or re-evaluation. Nora also flags backlog items without story points or clear acceptance criteria and routes them to the product owner for grooming. This keeps the backlog from becoming a dumping ground and ensures high-priority items are ready for sprint planning. Sprint planning works from a backlog that reflects current intent instead of two years of good ideas.
